Finding time for reflection and pondering isn't always easy and can be particularly difficult when taking care of children,

or when you have serious challenges or poor health, or when you're extremely busy with work, a project, or even a calling.

Marine Proctor Jensen, who gave a talk at a BYU Women's Conference,

shares a time when she was a young mother and even got a babysitter just so she could go on a hike and study the scriptures without distraction.

She needed an answer to a prayer and made the effort to get it.

Even through our busy, chaotic, distracting,

and at times distressing lives, she says, the Lord gives us inspiration when we don't realize
