When the son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?

Lord, I believe, help thou mine unbelief.

May our testimonies my unbelief.

May our testimonies be as deep and strong as that of Jacob,

who was confronted by one who sought to destroy his face declared,

I could not be shaken. Hello my friends and welcome back to Unshaken I'm Jared Halverson and for the first time in weeks we're not going to be learning from Paul today.

Now I have mixed feelings about that because I love Paul and hopefully the last few months with him has made that crystal clear.

His emphasis on the grace of God through the gift of

Jesus Christ is exactly what we need and so I hope that we don't limit ourselves

to our time with Paul just to these few months and come follow me. I hope we

go back often. I hope if nothing else we have overcome our fear of Paul. As Latter-day Saints we know

Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John really well. We know Acts pretty well and then

we kind of get lost in the letters of Paul. And I hope that our time going verse by verse

and phrase by phrase has helped us overcome that

that reticence and what he taught us is meant to be life-changing and I hope that it

has been for all of you. It has been for me.

But with that in mind we are leaving Paul behind and moving forward into what are

known as the general epistles. Paul was much more specific, writing to congregations of Saints in Rome or in Corinth

or in Galatia, writing to specific individuals in Timothy or Titus or Philemon.

Speaking more generally to the Hebrews, but you want to go general, then move

to these general epistles near the end of the New Testament. The one that James writes, which

will study this week, the two that Peter writes which will study this week the two that Peter writes which
