Why did you want to write this book, Atomic Habits?

And why did you call it Atomic Habits?

Yeah, so well, I chose the phrase Atomic Habits

for three reasons.

So the first reason is one that you might expect like the

first meaning of the word atomic is tiny or small like an atom and that is a

core piece of my philosophy like habits should be small and easy to do. But then the second

meaning and the one that's often overlooked is that atomic can also mean the

fundamental unit in a larger system so like atoms build into molecules
