All right everybody how we doing welcome back to crime theory with myself Ron Swanson and of course John

Wedger are never-ending Encyclopedia of Knowledge Insight and Input into so many different cases.

And tonight's no different.

We're going with a theme this evening and John is I'm sure going to blow our minds

with the perspectives on these cases. Some of them I know, I'm quite familiar with the main

topic, but this evening we're diving into the realm of cases where children are the killers, where the young innocent child format has been destroyed, and we're looking at some horrific

encounters where children are the I have taken their hand to to

murder and John I know you've been really really

wanting to do this this special and I'm excited to finally do it so how are you how is your

week being before we jump in how has your week been?

Yeah good good so I've been around the country and I've continued to do my my pants swimming did a couple of swimms so they'll be going online

it's really gaining a lot of traction I've actually been recognized in the street from my pants swimming videos

and I was actually approached by a girl, a guy himself, had very suicidal in the past and attempted suicide and he's got really engaged

with my pantswerman video. So it's, you know, even if one person takes it on that's good enough for me

absolutely and again this is a cold water therapy that helps all kinds of, you know, mental conditions and helps with the physical,

take us through John, I sound like an idiot trying to paraphrase what it is.

I mean it's an ancient remedy for mental health and for physical well-being but it does incredible things to your body I mean firstly

people get depressed and they get medicated on the whole I'm not saying everyone but it's just chated general overall and when you take

anti-depressant medication psychotropic medication one of the things it does it slows down

your metabolism and people tend that people that are in a poor sort of mental

health state anyway they tend to then put on weight and when people put on weight

it's not a good thing necessarily on the whole is a bad thing and it causes
