I am amazed at James being the brother of Jesus and living under the same roof, having the same parents, and watching Jesus growing up.

And yet we have silence in the scriptures

concerning all those things.

But then we have the conversion of James and Jude,

two brothers, brothers which came through Joseph and Mary.
