I complain all the time about news happening after we get off the air.

So we've got some news here while we're on the air.

It's not something that's totally unexpected because we had talked about it a lot.

But the New York Giants are going with Jameson as they're starting quarterback officially on Sunday against the Green Bay Packers. Yeah, it's the right thing to do. And, you know, I'm assuming my Kafka had a hand in this decision. I would hope. But I'm sure ownership said, hey, let's give James a shot. Let's see what he looks like. And James, to his credit, a couple weeks ago, came out and said, look, I want to stay here.

I want to help this kid become something special. And maybe they do have a close relationship. And good. I think that's great. I think it's be exciting. He's going to be a little rusty. Oh, I'm sure. I mean, not having played in a game in a while.

I mean, I think the last time we saw him was the Lord, please deliver me from the pick six game. I think he got sat down after that or shortly after. Just hope he plays smart and, you know, just keep the chains moving and, you know, go for those big plays when they're there. But remember, he's not playing with the greatest supporting cast.

Yeah, I know.

This is where that's tough for him. Because, I mean, if he had Malik neighbors out there, just throw it up to him every single time. Who cares? Just let the guy go make a play. You don't have that guy right now, unfortunately. But yeah, there really wasn't any other choice. the thing that's lost in this, obviously, unfortunately, well, not lost in it.

But what it confirms is that Jackson Dart is not playing and has a concussion and is out for a week, which just sucks.

But the good news is that you don't have to watch Russell Wilson play again, unless James gets hurt. Look, it just makes common sense do this. Don't put Russell out there if you don't have to right now. And hopefully Russell's okay with this and isn't going to get too upset by it. You know, because everybody wants to play. Everybody thinks they're the man. You don't ever lose that in your personality. You know, James wants to play it, but James has been a really good teammate.

He's been quiet, has been supportive, so give him a chance. Man, Tommy DeVito's got to be saying, I got out right at the right time. I mean, my good. Or the wrong time, he'd be playing now. I don't know. Remember, they won three games. You know, when you look at Brian Dayball's record, don't forget that that includes three games with him as the starting quarterback. Yeah, no, I know. But I'm thinking he's also like, Davos getting five. It's just crazy. It's bad. You know, you talk about it's a losing culture. And he goes to New England Patriots and they possibly could be gone back to the Super Bowl. Right. That's more of what I'm saying. Yes, you want to play. But, I mean, he is in a great program with a great head coach with a team that's going somewhere as opposed to what the hell is going on here. Speaking of the Patriots, you know, how all these teams and the NFL are going through all these different uniform variations depending on, you know, are they rivalry nights? You know, it's a Thursday night

game. This is what we're wearing. Have you seen what the Patriots are going to wear tonight,

tomorrow night? I've not. These uniforms are awesome. If it has the guy snapping the football

I feel like the color palette is a little bit of like Old Miss.
