I'm doing good, man. And the axes, they're starting to fall.

Ooh, boy. It fell hard today. One name, I feel like, was expected. Two names, you know,

kind of sort of. And then I suppose there are names that may still be yet to come.

But Jamal Adams, quandray digs, and Will Disley, all released by the Seahawks.

And, yeah, Jamal Adams, fine.

And others, you know, I know you and I, Will Disley, probably not so much happy about that one.

Yeah, that one hurts my feelings in, you know, for obvious sentimental reasons being

Montanaans and him being from Montana and all that good stuff.

And, you know, just enjoy having a guy like Uncle Will on the team as a whole, just this

personality vibe, everything. And Uncle Will on the team as a whole, just this personality vibe, everything.

And his play on the field.

I mean, he was good.

I mean, he's maybe not a top 10 tight end or anything like that, but a very good, solid

blocking tight end with some little bit of past guessing skills.

He will be missed.

It's a bummer. And I see that we had, we've got Phil here in the waiting room,

joining us as well.

So why not make this a complete Montana trifecta with Will Disley, unfortunately,

being released.
