The pads are going on training camp now in full swing a ton of

optimism around the league including with some 49ers players we'll be getting to

some of those early reports today from some full speed practice at camp and then later in the week cover.

What we're going to see this week hopefully get some live look-ins at camp and how things

go once the pads go on because that is much different.

That's a much different conversation when these guys are in pads and

when they're playing against air, free releases, no contact.

It's hard to really get a good feel for it until the pads really truly come on and guys start hitting each other and our first bit of bad news

And it's a pretty big one came down this morning Monday morning so we'll talk about the loss of Jaylin Heard it looks like for

the season and of course your questions on this mail bag Monday and there is a ton of them

and it's a big one and there's really only one

negative report we've seen out of camp you know minor a play here there maybe but

not much and not much around the league when you look around the league everybody's really pumped everybody's amazing all the rookies are future all pros right now I'm seeing that from all 32 teams when I'm reading reports to do the lockdown NFL show I mean there are some glowing reports out there

for young players. Some 49ers youngsters included but bad news for
