We've talked a little bit about the transfer portal in college basketball

But I want to focus in on Missouri guard transfer

Xavier Pinson a guy that's been talked to by a lot of schools have reached out you look at Arkansas

You look at Auburn you look at Michigan State you look at Georgia you look at Nebraska

Kentucky just reached out and then I want to talk about this in conference transfer rule that they're going to be voting on April 17th for the SEC

We've already seen the ACC has decided to let you transfer within your conference without having to sit out and I'm going to get to that

But from where we sit right now with the Xavier Pinson situation and again stuff can change

New teams can come into the fold. I think it's going to be a while before he pulls the trigger because you are waiting on that

Vote if you're going to stay in the SEC

To whether you have to sit out a year or not, but right now I would say it's Auburn and Arkansas

Those are two schools that I think are recruiting him the most they've both been on zoom calls with them

Pitching what they're going to pitch to try and get him and when you look at Xavier Pinson a guy that can play the one

He can play the two

He's pretty much a bucket his shooting percentage wasn't fantastic, but he can heat up

He's had some games where you know he was eight for 13 and he can do a lot of different things

He can beat you off the bounce like I said

He's a streaky three-point shooter, but I wouldn't be surprised to see that improve

But the biggest thing that Xavier Pinson brings is the King of all attributes and that is experience

He's played in big games. He's played in the league

He understands what he's going to get defensively. He will not be overwhelmed in big moments or certain situations and in my opinion

It's a one-year deal. I think he's trying to get one year in take his you know a talent to the league
