Summary

(00:00-25:14) – Query & Company opens on a Monday with Jake Query returning from his road trip and producer Eddie Garrison. Jake shares some of his thoughts on the trip because he received a lot of love for the Indiana Pacer. He also debates whether Indiana will have any interest in Deandre Ayton and discusses the latest news about Indiana Fever.

0:03.5	Doesn't seem like a big one because, you know, obviously when you get into the summer,
0:11.5	you get that odd period where you are off of the NBA, you are awaiting training camp for the NFL,
0:17.9	you have Major League Baseball, you're awaiting the All-Star game, but it's interesting because here in Indianapolis, it's a little bit different.
0:27.4	And easiest way to say why this week is of significance would be this.
0:36.8	My wardrobe is essentially one of two things.
0:44.8	It's either something I got from Roots Canada or it's something I've gotten from, say,
0:51.1	the shop or like the different T-shirt stores of stuff that is indigenous to or
0:56.6	esoteric to Indianapolis and much of that involves the Pacers i.U the Colts, Butler, Purdue,
1:05.1	you know, whatever else. I've worn Pacer's stuff around this country.
1:12.5	I mean, not by like intention or design, but just I'm traveling for Indy car.
1:16.4	And I happen to be wearing a Pacer's t-shirt or a hat with a Pacers, you know, whatever.
1:21.8	And it's never really been a topic of conversation.
1:26.8	But I just got back from a four-day trip that was a little over 1,200 miles that went
1:35.2	through five or six states.
1:37.6	I went to three college campuses, two Hall of Fame, a Major League Baseball game, an NFL
1:42.4	stadium, a college basketball arena, a college
1:45.8	football stadium, I think four state capitals.
1:49.8	And in one of those days, not even every day, in one of those days, this technically
1:54.4	Saturday, so two days ago, I was wearing a Pacer shirt.
1:59.6	And literally, everywhere I went, someone made a comment about the Pacers.
