Summary

In this episode, Rob interviews the renowned Jake Paul. They discuss his incredible career and life, what it takes to be truly successful in the world as well as a list of all the people he would fight! KEY TAKEAWAYS  How did Jake Paul, a school dropout from Ohio, get to where he is today? He puts it down to hard work, dedication and a willingness to learn. He said he made the choice to not remain the drop out kid from Ohio and did the work needed that put him where he is now. Part of the secret to success is to never be satisfied. The challenge and hunger for the ‘game’ of life is what has always driven Jake to achieve. For a lot of his career, Jake has felt misunderstood. He says he feels like the tide is slowly changing but he still feels like wherever he goes people don’t truly understand what his life has been like, so they can never judge him. Jake doesn’t cite one person as inspiration. He believes you can’t just strive to be like one person or you will become unoriginal. He likes to be continually and constantly inspired by many people, taking the attributes he likes from them out and being inspired by them. The world has a big problem with propaganda, free speech and de-platforming by big tech. Jake worries about the impact of this on everyone and the elements of control that are involved. Boxing bullies is a charity Jake supports, it’s a charity close to his heart and he truly believes that boxing can help support both those being bullied as well as an outlet for bullies themselves. He also believes that many people of his generation don’t give enough or support enough charities so felt like he had a responsibility to do so. BEST MOMENTS   “I accomplished something that was great, I want to accomplish more, I’m never satisfied”  “I like to pick peoples best attributes out and then be inspired by them” “Everyone should be able to say what they want, it’s not up to Spotify” “I’m ashamed to be part of this generation and I think Joe Rogan is great” “I want to use my platform to drive change and support fighters” [Business, mindset, entrepreneur, disruptors] VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team  ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator.
