Hi Sam How are you? Wonderful. How are you? We're doing alright I think.

It is ad read time. Last week Sophia Bush online everyone loved her.

She was great. She was great and the feedback was been amazing everyone loved the advice and do you

remember Courtney? She loves her job. She loves her boyfriend and her boyfriend got a great offer

somewhere else and then she's wondering whether she should stay or go and it's like

career versus love that whole thing. So here is Allison's letter. Allison wrote in she wrote,

hey on on sim like most of your listeners I have to say that I love the show. It's definitely a

bright spot in my week. I love the Sophia Bush episode so much particularly Sophia's nugget of

wisdom quote I'm not intimidating. You're just intimidated by me unquote. I can't stop thinking

about it. It's a good quote. It's a great quote. While I'm not much older than the caller Courtney,

I did want to share a piece of advice regarding her concerns with her job. First employers aren't

stranger to turnover and unconventional resumes and they shouldn't make you feel bad about that. I

had a couple of years where I wasn't staying at a job longer than eight months and that's okay. I

finally found a great job that I've been at for over four years. Don't let the guilt dictate your

next move. Second, I loved Anna's advice about giving it three months. Again, going back to your

job, you might find something you really hate about it or there may be a really weird work culture

that comes to the surface the longer you were there. Some of the jobs that I held started really

promising, but it ended with me being miserable for different reasons. While I hope that that's not

true for you, I think giving yourself some more time at this position will absolutely help you and
