"It's not exactly the Ritz; it's a small cell, and the pod is quite noisy," Sterns said. "The mat is flat and has very little cushion left. The cell is small, filthy, and has some spots on the wall that appear to be bloody fingerprints." He later complains that his coffee supply is running low and continues to ask for a book. It's an odd conversation for the 38-year-old accused of 60 counts of sexual battery of a child and of the murder of Madeline Soto. (WESH TV)

1:02.0	Well, we always felt on this show we were actually a little bit surprised,
1:08.8	a little bit shocked that Jennifer Soto has not been arrested yet in this case.
1:15.0	Because she has undoubtedly implicated herself in several ways through several lies that she's told,
1:25.0	both in trying to cover up the activities of Stefan Stearns and also covering up herself.
1:35.9	It doesn't make any sense why she told some of the lies she did.
1:41.4	So a court hearing on Wednesday resulted in a push trial date for Stefan Stearns,
1:47.0	the man accused of killing Madeline Soto and leaving her body in Osceola County.
1:52.9	As we know, Soto was 13 years old when she was reported missing by her mother Jennifer on February 26,
1:59.6	and she was soon found dead on March 1st
2:02.2	by deputies searching a wooded area
2:05.0	off Hickory Tree Road in Osceola County.
