What's new, Alibis? Welcome to another episode of Pretty Lies and Alibis. I'm Gigi happy

Monday to you. It was starting a new week. I'm super excited y'all tomorrow. I'm going

down to Edwin McCain's at studios here in Greenville. He has a full production studio

where you can record albums, podcasts, commercials, anything. And I'm going to be interviewing Becky

Hill, who was the court reporter for the Eric Murdoch trial. She has a book out and we're

going to talk about all things Murdoch and her experience with this high profile trial

in such a teeny tiny town. I'm looking forward to it. I have not sat down in a professional

recording studio yet. So it's going to be really cool to have like an edit for me and everything

to where I can just hit send. It might take a day or two to get that finished on their

end and out. But I'm very excited not only to interview her, but to see Becky because

I spent six weeks getting to know her. She's amazing. She's fun to be around and she's

good at what she does. And I call her the mother of the court because she kept air by

in line. So that's coming up tomorrow. We're going to keep going today with this prison

series on Lori. I've been talking to my contact in prison all weekend. She has been

talking to other inmates. They all have followed this case very closely. It's just one of

those big ones that they latch on to. And I never would have guessed that if you're in

prison that you would want to watch anything true crime related. But clearly this is

one of the bigger genres for people, especially at least at least at this prison, these

women love true crime. They followed this trial start to finish sentencing. They watched

live. So I've got some new insight on a lot of things come in Lori's way. But first
