Today we talk to leading constitutional expert and

Dean of UC Berkeley School of Law, Erwin Chemerinsky, about the nomination

of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.

Cemorinsky says that Kavanaugh should not be confirmed if he refuses to answer questions

and that senators should exercise their power and insist Kavanaugh reveal his views on crucial constitutional issues.

There is no basis in law or the Constitution for the myth, Chimurinsky says, that nominees

should be given a free pass on explaining their views.

We then talk to Dan Labatz about the landslide victory of Andres Manuel Lopez-Obrador,

or as he is known, Amlo, in Mexico's recent presidential election.

Anlo arguably had the election stolen from him in 2006, but his victory this time was

too large to undermine or steal.

But what are his politics and what is his program?

Dan who's written extensively on workers' rights in the United States and Mexico
