It's certainly getting more serious than we originally thought with Jackson Mahomes,

the brother of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes as he was basically arrested on Wednesday,

stemming from an incident that took place in February, in Johnson County,

at a restaurant called Aspins on 151st Street, restaurant and bar where he,

all of this is allegedly, we've seen video, so you can draw your own

conclusions, grabs, kisses, and grabs the throat of the owner of the restaurant, who is a woman

aged 40, Jackson Mahomes is 22. This occurred in February. By her account, he made comments like,

let's be a power couple. Let's me and you be it. Let's do this. And she said to him, you're clearly out of your mind right now. Get off me.

And she's pushing him away. There is likely more than what we have seen on video, as the police

has been investigating this now for quite some time, over two months since this occurred on February

25th.

And now Jackson Mahomes has been charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and a fourth count of battery. We believe the fourth count of battery is the allegation that

he physically shoved and knocked over or pushed around a waiter that was serving their group

in the restaurant. It has been one incident after another with Jackson Mahomes

since his brother Patrick became a star with the Kansas City Chiefs

and Jackson became an adult and moved here.

Remember, he's only 22.

So when Patrick Mahomes was first starting,

this young man was still at home.
