This is a headline that I've been waiting to read, but of course we had to wait until the election results were finalized and to see the first comments out of the special counsel.

Put that in, I guess, parentheses, because there's a case pending at the 11th Circuit that we filed in that would, could decide whether or not as,

as the district court judge did in Florida, Judge Cannon, that this special counsel being

appointed outside of Congress and outside of legislative, outside of law, that was different from the

Independent Council that was, again, a congressional statute, is unconstitutional, that you

can't just pick someone, give them super U.S. attorney power over jurisdiction in the entire

country to go after people if there's no law that allows the Department of Justice to do that,

and then giving them that separate budget from outside, from inside the Department of Justice

with little oversight technically. And so you have that issue. But there is a move, and I would

be fine with it for Jack Smith. Obviously, President Trump said he'd be fired within the first two

seconds he's in office.

So instead of that, Jack Smith now will be winding down likely both of the cases against

President Trump that he still has pending.
