0:17.0	First, as predicted, Donald Trump announced over the weekend that he would not testify on his own behalf under direct examination from his own lawyers in the New York Attorney General civil fraud case. Trump announced Sunday he would be a no show at the trial where he is a civil defendant. Last week, Trump's lawyer

0:39.0	Second Special Counsel Jack Smith filed a petition directly with the United States
0:45.8	Supreme Court to hear Trump's claim for absolute presidential immunity on an expedited basis after Trump's motion to dismiss on that
0:59.2	ground was rejected by federal judge Tanya Chutkin, who's presiding over the Washington, D.C. federal criminal case.
