Smith and this prong relates to the financial fraud campaign contribution violation prong

and this is being led by a former top prosecutor out of New York who went to main justice and

is now with the special counsel's office David Rody who is in charge of this now David

Rody's reputation as a prosecutor in New York was handling the most complex gang and conspiracy

cases now Rody is responsible for the portfolio of special counsel Jack Smith's investigation

relating to these financial crimes and even though Rudy Giuliani was subpoenaed for these
