So to special counsel, Jack Smith have a plan to bring other charges against Donald Trump

relating to the theft of government records and classified documents and sensitive compartment

and information and national defense information.

In addition to the case filed in the Southern District of Florida, which has been randomly

assigned to the disappointment of many myself, including two judge Eileen Cannon, who previously

made a number of unlawful orders for Donald Trump last year in connection with the search

warrant executed by the Department of Justice on Mar-a-Lago.

So on Friday, special counsel, Jack Smith filed a motion for a protective order, which

may give a hint about other criminal investigations that are still taking place.

And the fact that special counsel, Jack Smith filed a motion for a protective order on

Friday means that he is not initially filing a recusal motion seeking to disqualify judge

Eileen Cannon under 11th Circuit precedent based on her conduct in the case involving

the search warrant executed at Mar-a-Lago.

Trump for willful retention of national defense information, conspiracy, making false statements

and obstruction of justice and an overlapping count for a total of 38 counts with Walt Nauta

for the entire indictment.

There was no count in there that involved the willful transmission of classified records,

only the willful retention of national defense information, not the willful transmittal

of national defense information.
