0:09.4	Trump seems to be using his co-defendant, Walt Nauta as a pawn with Nauta filing a bizarre motion earlier in the day,
0:20.6	requesting that the status conference scheduled for July 14th be continued because Walt Nauta says that one of his attorneys who he just hired is not prepared.
0:33.8	The other attorney who's an out of state attorney is in trial.
0:38.0	Special counsel Jack Smith then immediately clap back within minutes with his own opposition filing and moments before we went live.
0:47.2	One of Donald Trump's lawyers Christopher Kice made a filing and it was a fairly reasonable one saying we could hold the status conference on July 18th.
0:56.8	However, as we are recording this, we still have not seen the filings by Donald Trump requesting a trial date.
1:04.8	I've predicted that Donald Trump's lawyers are going to seek a 2025 trial date, but we will keep you posted when we see those filings, which could drop any minute while we are live.
1:16.8	Also, the Trump-appointed federal prosecutor in Delaware, David Wise, sent yet another letter to GOP leaders.
1:26.8	You know, by watching the Midest Touch Network, he sent two already to the House Republicans, specifically, one address to Jim Jordan.
1:35.2	But the most recent one was to Maga Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, essentially saying, can you please just stop lying about the criminal investigations that I'm doing into Hunter Biden and the Trump-appointed prosecutor.
1:48.6	Explains in the letter that you've got this no-nothing fake whistleblower liar again.
1:56.4	And look, at all times, weiss to say, and I had full control over the criminal investigation.

2:05.8	Let's talk about Fulton County, the Fulton County grand jury set to hear evidence and ultimately vote on the criminal indictment of Donald Trump for election interference in Georgia in 2020.
2:18.8	The selection process starts this week.
2:21.8	Starts on Tuesday, July 11th.
2:24.4	We expect yet another criminal indictment to be handed down by this grand jury once it's in panel.
2:30.6	Here's evidence sees the report by the prior special purpose grand jury.
