The dominion case against the lying liars that Fox News is back in court this week with some new bombshell evidence.

Before one interview with Trump lawyer Sidney Powell, in advance, she told Fox that her single source for these election claims was a person who does, quote,

time travel in a semi-conscious state. Let me repeat that.

Their source. Now at the heart of this defamation claim at a time when the lies led to violence was someone who said they knew what they knew because they got it by experiencing time travel in a semi-conscious state.

On top of last week's revelation that Ivanka and Jared, aka Javanka, have been subpoended in the January 6th investigation.

Now in a sealed motion, special counsel Jack Smith has asked a federal judge to force Mike Pence to fully comply with the subpoena that he's been trying to fight off.

It means that finally, Pence will have to testify in front of a grand jury.

It's about fucking time that someone called Pius Pence's bluff and Trump's too for that matter.

Because if the judge grants Smith's motion, Donald J. Trump will not be able to use executive privilege as a way to keep his former vice president from talking.

The idea of subpoenaing a former vice president to testify in court against the president with whom they served, I believe, is unprecedented in American history.

But as I said last week, I believe it's also unconstitutional.

Now, Pence has been trying to slime his way around the subpoena by saying its quote, unconstitutional.
