Donald Trump stemming from Smith investigations into the January 6th U.S. Capitol

The judge needs to approve the request before the case is dismissed.

And it's probably most likely going to be

dismissed if it hasn't already by the time you're watching this. After Trump's victory in a 24

presidential election earlier this month, Smith signaled he would begin winding down the case

against Trump and the filing went live on the Department of Justice docket on Monday afternoon.

I believe this is because that you can't really investigate a president for crimes like this,

you know, alleged crimes like this while they're sitting president,

which Trump is eventually going to be.

Now, it was clear that they had nothing on Trump because if they did have

something on Trump, he would be in prison already. Considering it's been eight endless years of

investigating Trump trying to figure out how they can lock him up, it was clear that the Democrats

just did this as a way to discredit him, a way to help make him lose some votes,
