1:09.6	High Court weighed in on the request the justices want Trump to respond by December 20th,
1:15.0	and they've agreed to put their consideration on whether to hear the case on a fast track.
1:20.0	Jacksmith also revealed today that he plans to call an expert witness who
1:24.7	analyzed data from phones Trump and others used on or around January 6th.
