Jack Smith, there are a bunch of headlines right now calling it an epic law fair fail. And people that are celebrating that

Jack Smith has, quote, surrendered. I want to be clear about this story that I think many

conservatives are getting it wrong. And I'm not saying this to criticize. I'm saying this so that you

understand just how close we were to living in a banana republic. This was not an epic lawfare fail.

This was the American voters standing up for what they believe is a free and fair election.

Standing up to the lawlessness of the Marxists and the Socialists

and the Communists in the Biden and Harris administration that weaponized our government to go after

their political opponents, that this time just happened to be a guy by the name of Donald Trump

and anyone else around him that they wanted to take out. Now, I also want to be clear about this.

I don't believe that Jack Smith has surrendered, and there's a lot of people saying that.

I don't.

I think he just knows that he cannot win now because they lost control of the House, the Senate, and the presidency.

The law is very clear that you cannot go after a sitting president of the United States of America.

I want to be clear about this.

I don't believe this is the end of lawfare.
