1:07.8	more stolen documents at the property. And the estate of deceased capital police officer Brian
1:14.6	Siknik filed a wrongful death lawsuit right before the expiration of the statute of limitations
1:21.2	against Donald Trump and two insurrectionists for the murder. It's a civil murder case in
1:27.2	essence. That's what a wrongful death case is seeking monetary damages based on the conduct
1:33.2	that took place during the January 6th insurrection. And New York State Court judge Arthur N.
1:39.4	Garan denied Donald Trump's motion to dismiss New York Attorney General ETC James $250 million
1:47.3	fraud lawsuit that was filed back in September. So that matter will now proceed to trial the first
1:54.0	week in October. And not only did Judge N. Garan deny the motion to dismiss, but he also sent
2:00.4	an email informing Alina Haba and Trump's other lawyers that their motion was just so bad that he
2:07.1	was considering sanctions. Ultimately didn't grant the sanctions and just set this pretty much
2:12.4	expedited trial date, but warned Trump's lawyers stop with the BS you are going to trial.
