Glad to be here once again. First, where, before Jack even got to Marvel, which would have been what, timely at the time, right?

Right. Before he even started here, what was was what was Jack doing?

Well he was being born

growing up on the lower east side of New York near Delancey Street, which turned into Yancey Street in the Fantastic Four comics.

And apparently it was a, he did a story late in his life called Street Code, I believe, which is about growing up in that period.

It was a sort of like, it was during the Great Depression.

It was a section of New York where people lived in

townaments, very impoverished area. It's sort of like think of Hell's Kitchen

in the daredevil books but think of it worse and he actually and he was growing up

He wasn't a member of a gang, but but there were gangs for there. There there are people he knew who grew up to be gangsters.
