A headstrong, some might say bullish, one-year-old who has her own mind.

The way a two-two looks with wellies and having neighbours I don't want to avoid.

There are a million things I'm thankful for, but what's my guest thankful for today?

Traumatic event in any family does one of two things.

It pulls people together or it drives them apart.

Kudos to mum and dad.

They created an environment for all of us

where we were brought back together, even more.

Today I'm going to chat to an old friend.

Well, actually, he's someone I used to babysit.

His name is Jack Kavana and when he was little, my sister, who was really the chief babysitter

in our house older, couldn't do it or she got a better offer, one of the two, and I was

drafted in. He had a shock of blonde hair and a set of plastic golf clubs that he was quite

obsessive about. And he loved Sandwich's cut in quarters and he was a very sweet and very bright,

little imp.

But something happened to him early in his life as an adult that was going to change his world forever.
