have a tie game going into the third for our watch along so that's pretty exciting this has been

uh just a freaking intense, fast hockey game.

Yeah, I feel like the first period was exactly the way the U.S. wants to play.

And then the second period, now granted, Canada's trailing.

They're probably playing with a little bit more urgency because they're trailing.

But the second period was more of what maybe people expect it, where Canada is controlling

play and Carter Hellebuck is providing the difference, at least until McCar slipped that one through.

Yeah, absolutely.

This USA team, we've made a lot that, you know, Bill Garon built it to beat Canada and beat them

in a one nothing or two one style game and it looks like that is very much what we are going

to have in the third period so we'll see if that roster construction pays off in these

final 20 minutes of regulation but But we are excited to be

joining you here today, Chuck. Catch everybody up. I'm sure nobody watching missed the opening

period goal by Matt Boldie, the great individual play to split the defense, flip that puck up.
