Today I'm talking to Jack Ayers.

After a debilitating condition in his leg left Jack in pain, even just walking, he chose

at the age of 16 to have his leg amputated.

He's since gone on to become the first ever amputee, Mr. England, and is also a personal trainer, a G.B. Paracanoo athlete, a charity ambassador and catwalk model.

He tells me how he turned his life around after his surgery, away from drugs and alcohol,

and how another amputee inspired him to go ahead with the surgery and achieve his dreams.
