where did this guy come from? But it was so complex to find out that you are not only a creator, but also the CEO of a company.

And I think that mix is, I think actually what the modern version of a creator is, right?

It's like an internet entrepreneur.

And there's been really big news about Patreon this year.

I remember reading the news about how you guys raised $155 million and valued at $4 billion.

How does this all feel for you right now?

Crazy and wild and awesome and all the things. But I think mostly it's just, it feels awesome to see other people believing in this thing that so many of us have been believing in for so long. You guys have been believing in so long and seeing and calling attention to. And I feel like I've been, hey, there's a real thing over here. Everybody can look at this. And to see public markets,

investors and the industry kind of wake up to what's happening has been really fun over the last
