Yeah, let's jump right into it. What's rule number one for you?

Rule one, be the pilot in command. This is something I learned from paragliding. I started paragliding

about four years ago. I love paragliding. You're up in the air by yourself with a thing

that kind of looks like a parachute, but it's a little thinner and a little longer.

And you're sometimes 2,000 feet in the air, more.

I was in Columbia last year inside a cloud, you know, paragliding by myself, literally in a cloud.

They call it the white room because everything turns white and you can't see shit and you're in a cloud up a mile in the sky by yourself.

It's pretty insane.

And there's a concept in paragliding, I think with flight in general called the pilot and command.

And what this means is, like, if you're learning to paraglide and you're 200 feet in the air and your instructor gets on the radio.
