Born in 1863, Pyle was an American artist, poet, and children's book writer.

Jack and the Beanstalk is the best known of the Jack Tales,

a series of stories featuring the archetype of the researchers, the story originated more than five millennia ago. Let's get cozy. Close your eyes.

Jack and his mother lived all and the beanstalk.

Jack and his mother lived all alone in a little hut

with a garden in front of it,

and they had nothing else in the world but a cow named Bessie. One time Bessie went dry. Not a drop of

milk would she give. See there now,' said the mother.

"'If Bessie doesn't give us milk, we can't afford to keep her.

You'll have to take her off to the market, Jack, and sell her for what you can get.

Jack was sorry that the little cow had to be sold, but he put a halt her around her neck and started off with her.

He had not gone far when he met a little old man with a long gray beard.
