I don't know what it's like in Toronto, but a lot of bums and crazy people.

And weirdos and cities, counties trying to figure out what they had to do about it.

As San Francisco has a plan for expanding the forced treatment of the mentally ill.

It's worth worth delving into a little bit later on in the show.

That's a tough one.

Oh, it's one of the toughest topics you can have in a free society.

When do you deny people their freedom?

If they're troubled, tough line to cross.

And crazy people are definitely, and I say that with no disrespect, are definitely part

of the West Coast bump explosion.

But we've always been saying, let's figure out how much of a part.
