Love you. Hello and welcome to another big interview. Unlike you, I am Graham Hunter and my

guess this time in this edition is Yapstam. The setting for our interview was the

town of Swalla in Central Holland, the first calling point in a professional career which included spells at Manchester United, Latsio and Milan, during which he was one of, if not the best central defender in the world.

In this initial part of our interview we talked about the importance of telling

players not just what to do but why to do it? Yap of course worked under Sir Alex Ferguson,

Louis Van Hal, Roberta Manchini, Carlo Ancellotti, Denisov, but only one of these men

consistently dealt with players the way that YAP does as a coach.
