Napoleon Hill, the best-selling self-help author of Think and Grow Rich, once wrote,

Again, he wrote, most real failures are due to limitations which men set up in their own minds.

And having personally trained thousands of great people like you how to start and grow a

successful company I know you have the mental capacity and the tenacity needed to

learn entrepreneurship but some of us we kind of, okay I have a great idea for a

company, but now what? I have a great idea for a business, but now what? And so

just today a Thriever reached out to me and said I've got this great idea for a t-shirt company.

And so I thought you know what I'm gonna do?

I'm gonna record a show to teach you the proven steps that you need to take to make the amount of money that you want to make. But because I know that some people are starting

I thought I should get my good friend Clifton Talbert on to today's show.

Clifton Talbert is the first African American west of the Mississippi to open up a bank and as a

young child he wasn't allowed to go into the front door of a bank

because of the color of his skin. His name is Clifton Talbert. He's a Pulitzer

Prize nominated author and his life was actually turned

into the movie called Once Upon a Time When We Were Colored. Again the movie's

Once Upon a Time when we were colored,

and his name is Clifton Talbot.

And I wanted Clifton to encourage you

that the American dream is absolutely possible.
