We are back to bring you more of our experiment, which we are enjoying and we hope you are as well.

As you may know, if you've been listening to past podcasts, we have adopted a writer in residence,

or he has adopted us.

Jay Ryan Straddle, who has written three very successful novels, including Kitchens to the Great Midwest.

And we caught him at the beginning of his fourth novel,

and we're going to have him talk us through every few weeks

how a process works of writing a novel,

how it works for the novelist, how the highs and the lows,
