Just spent an amazing week down in New Orleans at the essence festival. We were all over the stage, but I was able to get in a few

more Z so I was able to come into the city and do this podcast. We have a great show for you

today because essence festival as you know is jam-packed with celebrities, singers,

artists, but there's also that spiritual nourishment that we get from our

speakers and Ayyala Van Zack gave a word.

Y'alla fixed my life and from her books, but she really gave a word.

And we are going to give that to you, her whole speech, just complete for you to listen because we want to share what she

fed us down in New Orleans because it was that empowering and that encouraging and funny.

You know Ayyana is, you she can she can preach but she also knows the

streets so there's gonna be some some gems there but I am definitely missing Charlie Penn who
