What's going on everybody? Welcome back to another episode of LLI. What's to stand for? Leadership

lean in. We are leaning into the subject of leadership. What are we trying to do? What's the whole goal?

What's the aim of this thing? We're trying to get a little bit better. We cannot promise it is impossible to promise perfection.

But by golly, gosh darn it, we are going to have some progress.

We're going to get a little bit better.

So thank you for joining us.

Thank you for being a part of our community.

We call ourselves.

We have a tribal name. We're the leaners.

And we lean in together. We are not the, we're not like the biggest nation in the whole world.

But we are a small little nation that's trying to get good at leading. So thank you for being part of our community today.

That was a little, I got to do better.

Today we are jumping in. We're talking about who you are is more important than what you do.

Never believe the lie that in leadership it's all about what you're doing or your title,

your position, or even the company that you work for or the church that you work for,

the team that you lead. It's never about those things. It's always about the inside.

Leadership is never about the outside. It's all about who you are becoming trumps what you are doing. In fact,

I would say that God is using what you're doing to develop who you're becoming. So it's less

about the what. It's more about the who. And the moment you can grasp that, the moment you can

grab that, the moment you can apply that, the moment you can grab that, the moment you can apply that,

the better you're going to become at leading.

Because you're going to recognize that it's not about my performance as much as it is about my person,
