My name is Jake Crumpler, and as always, I'm joined by Pitcherless Bullpen Expert and the main

co-host, Rick, we just wrapped up probably the most insane month of the year for me

personally and probably the most, I don't even think there's any debate, the most insane month of

the regular season for fantasy baseball. How are you feeling after all that? Are you burnt out?

Are you still recovering? Are you itching for more stuff?

Yeah, I mean, this was a definitely a busy deadline um as far as that goes and we'll go through the whatever we have like

50 moves or something something like that close to that that we'll we'll talk about today um yeah it was a little little hectic trying to figure out

everything but uh yeah you know i feel like after this weekend you know it's back to the you know

just trying to figure out and plan the rest of the season and you know i have some but definitely

have some teams that are in competition, you know,

pretty good competition right now. So I feel like, yeah, just figuring out how to finish the season strong. Totally. Yeah. The trade deadline was super crazy. And then on top of that,

I was moving from my previous house back into my mom's house. So that was definitely not great

timing for all of that. It was just super

crazy for me from every single angle. But I survived. I made it through. We're in August now.

It's my birth month. So we'll be celebrating later this month. And I think we should have

much more chill time in terms of fantasy baseball and baseball but i think that'll allow us to

sort of catch our breaths as we prepare for the pennant race in september is uh first first question

is your birthday happen to be on a thursday when we're going to be recording um second now that

i think of it yes it is oh it is oh lord yeah because I'm thinking of uh because

of course my office last year did a big party in August for I don't know no reason but at my request
