Welcome to another episode of In The Pen, part of the pictureless podcast network.

I'm your host, Countessler, joined as always by Rick Graham and Jake Crumpler.

And right off the start of the show, I'll say public service announced that we were recording this a few days earlier than normal, recording it on Tuesday as we currently watch Team USA Battle Japan in the World Baseball Classic Final. Rick and I both have Home League drafts at our normal recording time, so we will be to partaking in those. So if there are some big news that comes out in between now and opening day, sorry, we'll say it will cover it on our opening day episode.

But guys, this has been an exciting week for baseball.

The World Baseball Classic has been incredible.

Anyone who says otherwise just doesn't know what they're talking about.

I'm having an absolute blast.

I guess we watch this.

Yeah, I mean, this obviously is an incredible product that's going on right now. And, you know, you see how important these games are to the players and, you know, just being able to represent their country in this sort of event is just means a lot to them.

And it definitely, you know, I'm sure there's some things that can be tweaked and, like,

changed, but this event can't go away. It's, it's just phenomenal viewing.

I'm loving it as well. I heard somebody at my work talking about it, and I had, it took all my

self-control to not run over. And they were like, I like baseball. I watched the game.

But yeah, it's very sick. I'm loving team

Japan. I love the sort of brand of baseball that they play. And I love everybody. How pumped everybody is.
