My name is Jake Crumpler, and as always, I'm joined by pitcherless spool pen expert, Rick Graham.

Rick, I once again come in with an off-topic question to kick off the podcast. And my question relates to

your sleeping habits. I think everybody has very strong feelings about how they prefer to sleep.

I don't think a lot of people really talk about it because it's really not that interesting,

but that's why I chose it to talk about at the beginning of the podcast. Are you like a two-pillow guy, like side-by-side on top of each other? Do you sleep with the window open? Do you like a fan or white noise? What's all the variables you like to factor in when you're sleeping? Wow. Yeah, there's a lot. I mean, so I'm definitely the two-pillow guy. I do even even it's kind of been a game changer for me

recently highly recommend too is I got myself like a body pillow uh as well so I'm not just

constantly annoying my wife I have a body pillow it's a cooling body pillow too so it's like

you know if I let it sit out for a little bit it gets nice and cold so it's like

yeah because i get i'll get hot i always like i'm constantly hot but yeah yeah i'll make sure

the temperature is low i do like to have the tv on um which i know is bad for you but it's just

like a thing i always have the tv on i don't put it like loud. Yeah. My wife hates it. She's more of like a put like a podcast on. But I do like having just the TV on. I don't know why. It's just been a thing I've always kind of done. But yeah, that's that's's, that's kind of me, nothing else, nothing too crazy.

Your pillows are stacked on top of each other?

Yeah.

So I have white, yeah, I have one behind the other.

So yeah, nothing just too that, yeah.

Do you like a, like a softer pillow or a firmer pillow?

I'm more of a softer pillow.

I used to have more of a firm, a firm pillow.

But yeah, more of a, I forget, we just upgraded our pillows recently.

I forget the name of it.
