And as always, I'm joined by pitcherless, bullpen expert Rick Graham.

And Rick, I have a theme still. I think we're going to continue the same thing.

Last time we discussed favorite kinds of sodas, I as a 20-something year old working in a job,

you're muted still, um, working in a job, I have to, that's right.

I have to drink a lot of caffeine.

And I think most people my age and definitely older than I am and younger than I am,

everybody drinks caffeine nowadays.

It's one of those few drugs that are really accepted by our society.

What's your go-to choice for caffeine?

For me, right now, I'm drinking a Yerba.

Every single morning, I drink coffee, and I like Red Bulls as well.

Yeah, I'm mostly a coffee guy.

And we talked a little bit about Mountain Dew last week, but that's more of a, like, an add-on to coffee.

That's not like where I'm really going for my, like, main caffeine fix.

Yeah, but, yeah, I'm usually like, I'll drink coffee and I'll have like a cup of coffee in the morning, one in the afternoon, typically.

Um, sometimes a Red Bull, but I've been going more i'm been leaning more into like celsius lately

um as far as energy drinks go um but yeah i'm typically like coffee um it's funny though there's it's
