Rick, we are one week through the regular season.

It has been a pretty wild week.

I mean, across the board, we talked before the

podcast about how I finally got a raise at my job. Crazier things are happening in the baseball world.

But, you know, it's been a wild week, not only in just baseball in general, but specifically

with relievers, it's been absolutely bonkers, just with so many big names moving around and anybody could be up for saves right now on so many teams.

So it's pretty hectic.

How are you feeling about this first week of baseball?

Do you think it's going to settle down a little bit, or do you think we're going to have a wild year of closer changes?

It will settle down eventually. I don't know how quickly that's going to be, but yeah, I mean,

in baseball in general, I'm pretty sick of it. I understand it, but I'm kind of sick of the whole

torpedo bat thing. It should be a non-issue. It's, it's a cool thing, but the people that are making it an issue, it's like Trevor

McGilkin needs to chill a little bit.

I haven't seen his comments.

What did he say?

He said something after that first game when they, they destroyed Nestor Cortez.

He said like, of course, if it's the Yankees, like the Yankees, they won't say anything

about it, but it's like, it's fine. It's legal. It's everyone's using them. Everyone should use them. Who needs to use them? It's not for everyone. But as far as relievers go, I mean, yeah, it's crazy to see, you know, a closer who was going in the top, like 150 ADP in most leagues get the, not the FAA, but get sent down
