The Sunnah that is rare to do and difficult to do is one of the difficult sunnest of our time.

Aayish and Aayish are the prophets of Allah who I said of used to do here at the camp every single year of his life in Medina.

And one year he fell sick and he couldn't do it and so he made it up in Shau'a.

He did here at the camp in Shau'a because in that year he had fever whatever he didn't do here at the camp.

So this is the Sunnah of our Prophet ﷺ and almost every year he did 10 days to one year to say

perhaps the last year of his life he decided to do double that amount so he did here at the camp for 20 days.

So this is a Sunnah of our Prophet ﷺ that is mentioned in the Quran,

whether to worship or want to worship or not, he found a film asadjid,

that do not approach you wise when you are doing eric-tikaf in the masjid.

So Allah mentions eric-tikaf in the masjid and mentions it as an act of worship.

So it is definitely what have been encouraged Sunnah's to do.

And what it does psychologically is that it cuts you off from the world that you otherwise live in.

You are away from that which distracts you and everybody knows if you try to do some work in your house

it's not going to get done as much as in your office.

Everybody knows the students you know if you work in your library,

in your university you will work more than in your own room in your house.

Why? Because your house you are connected with family, with siblings,

your mother is going to come in, she is not going to carry the tour again,

they kind of stir your book is open, right?
