And we've reached the end of our depth chart intel series.

We have previewed the Eagles at every single position that they have on the depth chart,

and we finish it off with this last position of safety.

And the tone of this podcast, Adam, is we were joking a little bit before we started recording.

It's going to be a lot different than when we were talking about

corner and DT and offball linebacker and all the talent and obvious starters at each position.

The depth chart is wide open as we're sitting here recording the show

because they still have to get themselves more bodies at that position

and they have no real definable exact starter next to

McCuba, Andrew McCuba, who by the way, only played 10 games last year. So it's not like he's a

great experienced. He's just getting the start because he's the future of that position.

Yeah, it's kind of a mess. I mean, they have enough, like they have players, but the quality of the death is very poor.

Right.

It's to the point where, like if Makuba gets hurt again, wow, they got problems.

Like they got problems.

So right now, it's either going to be, depending on what they do, whether they sign a veteran, which makes the most sense, or trade for somebody. You'd rather not trade for anyone to give him a draft pick for a guy who's only going to be there a year. You know, there's a Garner Johnson type of player who could be around a couple of years, potentially. You know, obviously he came back. And, you know, they tried to, Eagles try to resign him the first time.

It just didn't work out.

But if they could find someone a younger guy that could trade for, like,

Jacourian Bennett, they liked.
