Inside the Birds is back.

It's back. What's going on, everybody.

We are still going inside the Eagles depth chart at every position.

And we've come to a position, Adam, now that I actually enjoy talking about.

And that's kind of crazy, right?

Because for as long as we've done this and tried to do position by position previews

and intel on the Eagles, whenever you got to offball linebacker or middle linebacker,

whatever you wanted to call it back in the day, it would be like, all right, or four three outside linebacker, let's talk about the guys.

But now I wonder, for anyone who was sort of became an Eagles fan, right, after Jeremiah

Trotter's heyday.

So let's say people who became Eagles fans, 2006, 2007, you know until now, or until a couple of years ago,

they witnessed some of the worst, you know, offball linebacked play in Eagles.

So this must be for them, what like the buddy years were like for people who really like

defense because they had good linebackers back then, but it was a long time.

Oh, God.

Join her and you go through the list. Yeah. But it was so dry after that. I mean, it was just the decades of futility at linebacker. It's kind of funny because I remember, you know, like three or four years ago, I remember saying on this show, folk, we promise you that this group will not embarrass you anymore.

We didn't know how good they would be, but we knew they were going to be better than they've had in years.

And yeah, and the Zach Bond revelation, I mean, who the hell knew this is going to happen?

It just was ridiculously great.

He's been one of the best linebackers in football overall.

It's hard to believe.
