0:26.4	NFC East, this is the most radically change staff. So many different moving parts, so many
0:32.4	new coaches and totally new regime. And you can sort of, you can definitely shoehorn front office in there because
0:38.9	with John Harbaugh in charge, he's not just the head coach, but he's got a lot of power now
0:44.2	over the front office as well. And that is the one thing that sticks out to me. I've always felt
0:48.7	John, you know, knowing him from when he was here in Philly, sure you to do. He was always a
0:52.5	level-headed guy. He was always a guy who I thought was real pragmatic.
0:57.0	But you never know how someone's going to react because he didn't have this in Baltimore.
1:00.8	You never know how someone is going to handle it when they've got maybe twice as much power
1:06.3	as they ever had before because even the most level-head, even Andy Reid when he had it in Philadelphia
1:11.6	didn't always use it the right way. It didn't always handle it well. And now that's going to be
1:16.5	John Harbaugh's responsibility in a huge market for a franchise that is just starving to be good again.
1:23.7	Yeah, they are. It's a, they finally got a competent head coach. Guys done it. I understand near the end. It wasn't great. But you're talking with the staleness, Andy Reid and all that. But Harbs is a great coach. I mean, he really is. He's got very good command that. He's got like, I don't know how much he asked for.
1:45.7	I know he wanted to, I know he wanted to report to the owner.
1:48.4	He wanted the same setup as he had in Baltimore.
1:51.1	But what he's got, which he didn't really have in Baltimore's control, a lot of it.
