Chris Kyle was murdered 11 years ago

You saw the movie American sniper you know his story that was based on his autobiography

If not the greatest, one of the greatest snipers in American history.

A lot of lives were saved because of his ability to take out the snipers of the bad guys.

He wrote his memoir which which was widely read. It was 11 years ago today he was murdered. And today he turns 50. So to think he would only be 50 today

and he has been gone for so long.

His wife Taya has,

it was amazing how she stepped up after all of that

and how his kids managed to step up after that.

It's a great American story.

There's a moment in that movie, which dad is explaining to him

where his dad is explaining to him what

what you need to be in life when you grow up as a man and he's explaining this to a

young boy and boy did he ever nail it. There are three types of people in this

world sheep, wolves, and sheep dogs. Some people prefer to believe

that evil doesn't exist in the world. And if ever darken their doorstep, they wouldn't know how to protect themselves.

Those are the sheep. And then you got predators.

They use violence to prey on the wheat. They're the wolves.

And then there are those who have been blessed with the gift of aggression and the overpowering need to protect the flock.

These men are a rare breed,

lived to confront a wolf.
