Summary
The "Gingerbread Man' has left us, and tonight, Sami Zayn pays respects to him, as we all attend his funeral. Yes, this is REALLY a thing on Friday night.
Sami Zayn continues his feud with Trick Williams over the WWE United States Championship heading into WWE Backlash with this ridiculous angle, one in which reportedly saw "significant" push back from creative. What does the funeral of the "Gingerbread Man" have in store for us.
Also, After a unleashing a surprise attack on Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes last week, Gunther will address the WWE Universe on why he is now targeting Cody Rhodes, and the WWE Championship. On Monday, Jacob Fatu took out World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns for the second week in a row, smashing him through a table with the Tongan Death Grip. Tonight, Fatu addresses Roman Reigns one last time. What else does Fatu have to say before Backlash on Saturday?
